Girls Basketball

The Breck Girls Basketball program has prided itself on meeting players where they are at and placing them on one of the two teams that we currently offer at the Upper School level. We believe that the girls should be challenged, yet find a level of success in order to promote enjoyment and growth. 

As coaches, it is our goal to teach the “game” of basketball in a way that will lead to a lifelong enjoyment of the sport and allow girls to play long into their future. We want to be as competitive as we can but judge more on the growth of the team rather than wins and losses.  That being said, we have enjoyed two ten-win seasons in a row (one shortened by COVID-19) and intend on continuing to strive for double-digit wins as we learn and grow as a group.

The team is young as far as who gets to be on the court, but has good leadership and will pride ourselves on hard work, hustle, and positive attitudes to pull us through for seasons to come.
